Current Research

Arctic science policy. Quaternary glaciation and sea level change, alpine sector of the Queen Elizabeth Islands, Canadian High Arctic (Axel Heiberg and Ellesmere islands). Quaternary history of the lowland sector of the western Canadian Arctic Islands (Melville & Ellef Ringnes islands). Paleo-sea levels and their glacioisostatic and paleoenvironmental records, Arctic Canada. Holocene variations in driftwood delivery to the Canadian Arctic and its relevance to sea ice and ocean currents trajectories. The extent of snow and ice during the Little Ice Age across the Canadian Arctic Archipelago and paleoclimatic significance (PhD project, Gabriel Wolken).
