The U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) and Nunatsinni llisimatusarnermik Siunnersuisogatigit (Greenland Research Council) invite participation in their Greenland Science Week In-Person Event: The U.S. National Science Foundation’s Greenland Science Networking Lunch. This event will take place Tuesday, 7 November 2023, 12:00-2:00 p.m. West Greenland Standard Time in the Auditorium of the University of Greenland – Ilisimatusarfik.
The event will include a short in-person presentation on the research funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation in Greenland, followed by a networking brown-bag lunch. The presentation will be offered in English with translation to Greenlandic.
Attend the meeting to learn about NSF’s Greenland-based projects and activities and how NSF collaborates with and engages Greenland’s institutions, researchers, and communities. Find out how Greenland’s communities and others can get involved in NSF-funded research.
This is an opportunity to network with researchers, the public, and others working in Greenland.
This event is open to the public. Representatives of the NSF will attend, as well as members of the U.S.-based and international research community.
