The draft Western Arctic Shelf-Basin Interactions (SBI) Phase II
Implementation Plan is available on the SBI web page
http://utk-biogw.bio.utk.edu/sbi.nsf for review. Please send any
comments to Jackie Grebmeier by 31 August 2000 for evaluation by
the SBI Science Steering Committee. A final version of the SBI
Implementation Plan will be posted in the fall in preparation for
the planned announcement of opportunity of SBI Phase II field work
in January 2001.
