In preparation for the upcoming Arctic System Science (ARCSS) Program
All-Hands Workshop, 20-23 February 2002 in Seattle, Washington, please
join the arctic research community for the second session in a series of
online discussions focusing on new directions in arctic system research.
This series of online discussions focuses on several important topics to
be addressed in plenary and working group discussions at the ARCSS
All-Hands Workshop. The Forum allows the broader community to contribute
to the development of these topics prior to the workshop sessions. To
