On 8 February 2002, we (that is Sisimiut Museum, Greenland) have
officially opened a gate with links regarding culture in Greenland named
"Culture Greenland."
The site is in English, Greenlandic, and Danish, and the URL's are:

As a special part of the "Culture Greenland" site we have created a
"National Picture Database of Greenland." The URL's are:

http://www.kultur.gl/billed for the Danish version
The database contains not too many pictures yet, but it will grow. For
the fun of it you could try to search on the word "lindberg". And you
will see some pictures of Charles Lindberg and his wife in Greenland in
1933. I don't think these pictures have been known by many before now.
This information is not on any list server. Naturally, I would be happy
with any distribution of this information.
