Invitation to Submit Restoration Proposals for FY 2003: Phase II
The Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council has issued its Invitation to
Submit Restoration Proposals for FY 2003: Phase II via the web site:

PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 4 September 2002
Unlike past Trustee Council invitations, paper copies will NOT be mailed
except upon request. Rather, potential proposers are encouraged to
download the invitation from the web. The invitation solicits proposals
to begin implementation of GEM (Gulf of Alaska Ecosystem Monitoring &
Research Program). It identifies specific proposals that are being
solicited and specific instructions for submitting proposals.
