Program Coordinator, Oil Spill Recovery Institute. Supervises OSRI's grant
program focused on oil pollution prevention and response in the Arctic and
sub-Arctic. Candidates preferred who hold degrees or experience in the
chemical, ecological or maritime sciences and/or oil pollution related
issues. Ph.D. or Master's degree required. Position based in Cordova,
Alaska.
President, Prince William Sound Science Center (PWSSC) and Director, Oil
Spill Recovery Institute (OSRI). This position serves as the primary leader
for two organizations, PWSSC, a non-profit research/education entity and
OSRI, an oil pollution R&D granting entity. Position is based in Cordova,
Alaska. President/Director is responsible for the overall management of
these two organizations sharing administrative staff. Ph.D. preferred;
candidates with a Master's or Bachelor's degree and a strong record of
successfully managing a science organization will be considered.
