Limited space is still available in the Arctic Community Meeting Room
during the American Geophysical Union (AGU) Fall Meeting in San
Francisco, California. The schedule can be viewed online, at:

Research Consortium of the U.S. (ARCUS) hosts this space, which is
available Sunday-Friday, 4-9 December 2011.
The Arctic Community Meeting Room is designed to encourage scientific
collaboration, educational networking, and other planning discussions
best held in person. Many of the meetings are open to anyone interested
in attending. Further details are available on the website.
If you would like to look into scheduling a meeting for a group working
on arctic research and science education planning activities, please
check the room availability and then contact Kristina Creek

The meeting room is located on the fourth floor of the San Francisco
Marriott Marquis, Pacific Room J, one block from the AGU sessions at the
Moscone Center West. It is hosted by ARCUS, with funding from the
National Science Foundation.
