Career Development Webinar Series, scheduled for Wednesday, 22 February

This week's webinar is entitled "Road Map to Becoming a Graduate
Student" and will be presented by Dr. Rich Boone, a professor at the
University of Alaska Fairbanks. He is also Dean of Graduate Studies for
the University of the Arctic and is currently in the division of
graduate education at the U.S. National Science Foundation. This webinar
will provide tips on how to identify good prospective graduate programs;
how to determine whether a particular program, university, and advisor
are a good match for you; and strategies for navigating through graduate
school and getting the most out of it.

connection. A headset or headphones and a built-in microphone is
recommended. Presenters are not using webcams or telephones, so you do
